Our Staff
230 RAFAC thrives from its wonderful voluntary staff, who commit their time and efforts to the training, safety and wellbeing of cadets, helping and enabling each and everyone to achieve their goals and ambitions throughout their journey with the RAFAC.
Lord Lieutenant Cadet
230 RAFAC is home to two Lord-Lieutenant Cadets, running for two consecutive years, from 2020 to present.
Viewed as one of the highest honours within the RAFAC, the role of The Lord Lieutenant’s Cadet is awarded to a Cadet with the most honourable outreach, participation and effort within their Squadron.
